Morgan Hill, Chairman of the BoardMorgan Hill is the President of First Senior's Financial Group, a financial services firm. In addition, he is also the President of Morgan Hill Consulting, Inc., a business consulting company. He is the former CEO and partner of Winner's International Restaurants, Inc., an Atlanta based firm that franchises and operates over 350 restaurants throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to his involvement with Winner's International, Morgan spent more than twenty years in leadership positions with various organizations including Atlanta-based AFC Enterprises and PepsiCo. |
Tim TassopoulosTim Tassopoulos is Senior Vice President of Operations at Chick-fil-A and is responsible for coordinating the activities of Field Operations, Operations Services, Training & Development, Human Resources, and Purchasing and Distribution. Tim began his career at Chick-fil-A in 1977 as a restaurant team member and joined the home office staff as a business consultant in 1983. |

He previously served as the Vice President of Stores and Operations for Martin and Osa, a division of the American Eagle Outfitters Corporation. Steve has served in senior leadership positions with premier retailers like the The Gap, Banana Republic, The Limited, Discovery Channel, and Sunglass Hut. His experience in developing individuals to form productive teams is highly noted within the retail industry. |
Tami HeimTami is the owner of T-Heim Consulting LLC. She consults clients on how to build strategic plans that leverage core strengths. Previously, Tami was the President of Borders Inc., a leading retailer of books, music and movies. She was also the former Executive Vice President and Chief Publishing Officer for Thomas Nelson Inc. Tami began her career in retail and rose to positions of leadership with Federated Department stores. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management from Purdue University. |
Michael Grant Mike Grant is the Executive Vice President of the Malon D. Mimms Company and is responsible for overseeing the procurement of financing for property acquisitions, and helps administer the leasing and management of the company’s 4,000,000 sq. ft. portfolio of retail property. Grant has had over 35 years of experience in property financing and has held a number of executive positions with mortgage banking and banking organizations. |
Randy SmithRandy Smith is a partner with the Dow Lohnes law firm. He has a broad commercial real estate practice representing corporations involved primarily in the telecommunications, health care and automotive sales fields with the acquisition and disposition of real estate interests and related matter. |

Barry Bowater Barry Bowater is the North America Director for the City Strategy Group, a division of Power to Change Ministries based in British Columbia, Canada. Barry began his career teaching high school before serving with Campus Crusade for Christ. He was the founding director of the Christian Embassy in Ottawa - a ministry to politicians and diplomats.
