Morgan Hill is president and owner of First Seniors’ Financial Group, a financial services firm specializing in asset preservation throughout Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. He is also the President of Morgan Hill Consulting, Inc., a business consulting firm and is managing partner of G3, LLC, a real estate investment company.
Morgan is the former CEO and partner of Winner's International Restaurants, Inc., an Atlanta based firm that franchised and operated over 350 restaurants throughout the United States and Canada with annual revenues over $200 million. Prior to his involvement with Winner's International, Morgan spent over twenty years with various organizations including Atlanta-based AFC Enterprises and Pepsico.
Morgan completed his business degree at Oklahoma State University. He has also done executive and graduate level studies at Middle Tennessee State University, Kennesaw State University, Georgia Tech's Dupree School of Business and Harvard Law School. Morgan is a member of Vistage, an international organization of CEOs.
Morgan served as an associate trainer with Equip, an international non-profit organization which develops Christian leaders on every continent. He is a founding member and Chairman of the Board of Growing Leaders, Inc., an international collegiate ministry. Morgan is also the Chairman of the Board for Heart for Lebanon, a relief ministry that does work in and around Beirut Lebanon. Through all of his ministry involvement, Morgan has had the opportunity to teach and to serve throughout North, Central and South America, Central and Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Morgan is the author of “What Does it Profit a Man”, a book inspired by his journey back to his faith and “Open the Floodgates” a book that encourages business leaders around the world to use the results of their success to further God’s plans and purposes. Morgan resides in Woodstock, GA with his wife, Holly.
