Steve has held executive leadership positions with a number of premier retailers including The Gap, Banana Republic, The Limited, Discovery Channel, Sunglass Hut,  American Eagle and Martin + Osa.  He recently assumed the role of Vice President of Retail for Sony Electronics Corporation.  His experience in developing individuals to form productive teams is highly noted within the retail industry.  Steve has a successful track record of brand development and innovative human resources management.   Equally passionate about his customers and staff, Steve has lead teams to success beyond their own expectations.   

Growing up in a home of simple means and finding himself alone after the death of his parents at the age of 15, Steve learned the importance of mentors in his life.  After graduating from the University of Michigan, these life experiences prepared him to serve as a mentor and leader in his home and throughout his career.
