Leadership Culture Assessment Tool (LCAT)
This assessment tool and survey is designed to allow us to assist you in developing a leadership culture that accelerates the growth of your young leaders.
For the purpose of this assessment process, we define a leadership culture as a set of systems, experiences, values and relationships that contagiously influence students to think and act like servant leaders. The questions in this tool stem from those four categories and define the results on your respective campus. This assessment is only the beginning of a process of developing a leadership culture at your college or university.
Habitudes Assessment
This assessment is also done on-line. Students are asked to respond to 30 questions based around the leadership principles contained in Habitudes, Book One. They take a pre-test and a post-test, to measure their growth in their understanding and practice of healthy leadership.
Growing Leaders works with Dr. Connie Sjoberg who consults with you and helps you interpret the results of the testing, and evaluate your best response to the strengths and weaknesses your students communicated in their answers.

Growing Leaders is a non-profit organization which serves public schools, state universities, and civic organizations, as well as faith-based organizations and churches.
