| First Year ExperienceThe images and principles found in Habitudes Book One are ideal for a first-year student in college. The images enable student groups to wrestle with issues like character, personal identity, discipline, emotional security, initiative, personal growth, responsibility, commitment, relationship networks, and time management. | Habitudes 3 Credit Course This is a three-credit course, using the Habitudes images as the foundation for learning leadership. The course is the equivalent of a survey course on leadership, utililzing a medley of images that cover foundational issues like: integrity, a leader's example, vision and focus, team building, priorities, conflict resolution, people skills, leading change, leveraging strengths, strategic planning, empowerment and service among others. The package includes a suggested syllabus, Teacher’s Guide, DVD teaching sessions, and Power Point slides. Growing Leaders also offers discount pricing on students books in campus bookstores. |
| Habitudes: A Character and Leadership Training Program for AthletesGrowing Leaders has created a unique character training program specifically geared for student athletes to prepare them for participation in team sports as well as life after school. The curriculum, based on the series of books entitled Habitudes, fosters discussion on character and leadership among players in any sport - football, basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, track and others. Program components include DVD teaching sessions, Coach's Guides, Habitudes books for players and staff, launch events, and training events for athletic department staff. |
