 Tim Elmore Tim Elmore, author of the Habitudes® series, is the founder and president of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta-based non-profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. Through Growing Leaders, he and his team provide public schools, state universities, civic... organizations, and corporations with the tools they need to help develop young leaders who can impact and transform society.
Since founding Growing Leaders, Tim has spoken to more than 250,000 students, faculty and staff on hundreds of campuses across the country, including Stanford University, the University of Alabama, the University of Oklahoma, the University of North Carolina, Florida State University, and Baylor University. Timhas also provided leadership training and resources for the National FFA Organization and multiple athletic programs including, the University of Texas football team and the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club. In addition, a number of government offices in Washington, D.C. have gone through the Habitudes curriculum. He has also taught courses on leadership and mentoring at nine universities and graduate schools across the U.S. Committed to developing young leaders on every continent of the world, Elmore also has shared his insights in more than 30 countries -- including India, Russia, China, and Australia, among others. Tim has written more than 20 books, including the best-selling Habitudes: Images that Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes, Life Giving Mentors and Nurturing the Leader Within Your Child. His latest book Generation iY: Our Last Chance to Save Their Future was released in August 2010.Learn More About Tim   Steve Moore Steve Moore serves as the President and CEO of The Mission Exchange, formerly EFMA. His personal life mission is to inspire and equip others to live a focused life, finish well and join with God in blessing the nations... Steve pursued graduate studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies with a leadership concentration. He has served as a local church pastor as well as the Vice President of International Ministries for both Kingdom Building Ministries and later Emerging Young Leaders. Prior to accepting his current role with The Mission Exchange, Steve served as a leadership coach and Director of International Ministries for Atlanta based Growing Leaders.Steve is also the founder of Keep Growing Inc., which provides a platform for engaging leaders in both the non-profit and corporate arena. Keep Growing utilizes training, resources and coaching to help leaders leverage personal development for organizational effectiveness that adds value to others. He has written numerous articles about leadership, which formed the basis for the book, Leadership Insights for Emerging Leaders and Those Investing in Them.
