Habitudes has become such a popular resource that people are teaching the images and principles all across the United States and in many parts of the world. We've received a great response from the faculty, staff, students and business people who are teaching the material. 

Each year we hold a Habitudes Certification for those who are interested in training and equipping their staff or volunteers in Habitudes. During the Certification Event, we provide you with the necessary tools to effectively equip those you are training.

LEVEL OF CERTIFICATION
At Growing Leaders we recognize four different levels of relationship for organizations that work with us to teach Habitudes to young leaders. The following are the four levels:

PARTNERS
Partners are organizations or individuals that obtain six or more Habitudes books to discuss with a group of emerging leaders. This could be any group, from an informal mentoring community to a formal class of students. Partners are simply leaders who utilize the Habitudes images to build young leaders. 

FACILITATORS
Facilitators represent dozens of people who have attended the Habitudes Certification Event we host in June of each year. During this three-day experience, we train staff to equip students using the Habitudes curriculum. Participants who attend this certification event receive an intensive training workshop taught by Dr. Tim Elmore on communication techniques and teaching with images, Teacher’s Guide, DVD Teacher's Kit, a mid-year conference call with Dr. Elmore for Q and A, and a wholesale discount on future purchases of Habitudes books. Facilitators are licensed to return to their organization and act as an official Habitudes facilitator for their people. 

TRAINERS
In the future, Growing Leaders plans to develop a specialized cadre of leaders who work with a strategic-partner organization.  These trainers will be licensed to uses Habitudes to teach values-based leadership to other organizations. They will become vendors of the images and make a significant investment in terms of finances, time and commitment. Official trainers are certified and evaluated based upon congruency of the trainer’s life and values with the truths of the Habitudes and their ability to communicate in a passionate and relevant fashion.

COACHES
This is the highest level of accountability and relationship. Coaches are seen as team members at Growing Leaders. They are official equippers who know the material and can teach it at any level, whether it be administrators, staff, faculty, youth workers or students.
